Water heater inside living area has no safety <br />protection. <br /> <br />i. There are no heating facilities in this unit. <br /> <br />j. Shower floor and walls are not sealed for water <br />protection; bathroom fixtures are inadequate. <br /> <br />k. Garage unit made part of this unit and used for <br />sleeping purposes has no permanent heat or <br />electrical service. Zip cord from main building <br />stretches across the courtyard to provide light. <br /> <br />I. The garage unit has no natural light or <br />ventilation. <br /> <br />3. The owner of the buildings at 530B and C Cedar Street <br /> <br />is hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty <br /> <br />(30) days from the date of this hearing by (a) properly <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing the main structure at 530 Cedar <br /> <br />Street, so as to reconvert the basement unit (currently <br /> <br />designated as 530B Cedar Street) from a living unit into a <br /> <br />non-habitable basement; and properly reconstructing or repairing <br /> <br />the water tower and appurtenant garage structure (currently <br /> <br />designated as 530C Cedar Street) and reconverting them from <br /> <br />3 <br />
