RES 0 L UTI 0 N N O. 9552 APR 2 1984 RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING SALARIES, MEDICAL, RETIREMENT, AND OTHER ECONOMIC BENEFITS FOR DESIGNATED EMPLOYEES OF THE POLICE DEPARTMENT DENTAL, CERTAIN BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY OF, AS FOLLOWS: 1. The following monthly salary rates, in dollars, are established for each of the employee positions within the employment classifications relating to the Police Department personnel, set forth below, within the designated ranges hereinafter set forth, for the period November 1, 1984 to October 31, 1985

<br />DCB:rks 3/30/84 <br /> <br />Ci ty shall contribute on behalf of such employees who choose <br /> <br />health care insurance provided by Kaiser as per the following <br /> <br />schedule: <br /> <br />$49.57 per month <br />$99.14 per month <br />$142.99 per month <br /> <br />(subscriber only) <br />(subscriber and dependent) <br />(subscriber and two or more dependents) <br /> <br />5. Effective March I, 1984, the following maximum monthly <br /> <br />payment for medical insurance coverage shall be: <br /> <br />Blue Cross $172.00/month (composite rate) <br /> <br />Kaiser $56.80/month (subscriber) <br />$113.60/month (subscriber and dependent) <br />$163.93/month (subscriber and two or more dependents) <br /> <br />6 . Effective upon execution of this agreement, the City <br /> <br />shall contribute on behalf of employees represented by the Police <br /> <br />Officers Association, Thirty-two Dollars and Fifty-six Cents <br /> <br />($32.56) per month to provide dental care benefits covering the <br /> <br />employee and eligible dependents. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
