Effective March I, 1984, the following maximum monthly <br /> <br />payment for medical insurance coverage shall be: <br /> <br />Blue Cross $172.00/month (composite rate) <br /> <br />Kaiser $56.80/month (subscriber) <br />$113.60/month (subscriber and dependent) <br />$163.93/month (subscriber and two or more dependents) <br /> <br />6 .
