The Council having determined that the applicant, David <br /> <br />Kimmel, has fully complied with all necessary requirements of <br /> <br /> <br />Chapter 33 of the Code of the City of Redwood City and has the <br /> <br /> <br />ability to comply with the operating requirements of said <br /> <br /> <br />Chapter, hereby grants a Certificate of Public Convenience to the <br /> <br />aforesaid David Kimmel, dba Mid-Peninsula Cab Co. <br /> <br />3.
