<br />DES:rks 5/11/84 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That certain water supply contract by and between the <br /> <br />Ci ty and County of San Francisco and the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />providing for sale of domestic water to this City for a term of <br /> <br />25 years commencing July 1, 1984 (as specified by cross reference <br /> <br />in Section 3.01 of the aforesaid Settlement Agreement and Master <br /> <br /> <br />Water Sales Contract), substantially in the form of Exhibit A <br /> <br /> <br />hereof, attached hereto, and incorporated herein by this <br /> <br /> <br />reference, is hereby approved, and the City Manager is hereby <br /> <br />authorized and directed to execute the same for and on behalf of <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br /> <br />transmi t certified copies of this resolution to the City and <br /> <br />County of San Francisco and to counsel for plaintiffs in the <br /> <br /> <br />above captioned action. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
