<br />EXHIBI'l' A <br /> <br />WATER SUPPLY CONTRACT <br /> <br />This Contract, dated as of , 1984, is <br /> <br /> <br />entered into by and between the City and County of San <br /> <br /> <br />Francisco ("City") and the City of Redwood City <br /> <br /> <br />( "Customer" ) . <br /> <br /> <br />RECITALS <br /> <br /> <br />The City and the Customer have entered into a <br /> <br /> <br />Settlement Agreement and Master Water Sales Contract <br /> <br /> <br />("Master Agreement"), which sets forth the terms and <br /> <br /> <br />conditions under which the City will continue to furnish <br /> <br /> <br />water for domestic and other municipal purposes to Customer <br /> <br /> <br />and to other suburban purchasers. The Master Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />contemplates that the City and each individual suburban <br /> <br /> <br />purchaser will enter into individual contracts describing <br /> <br /> <br />the location or locations at which water will be delivered <br /> <br /> <br />to each purchaser by the San Francisco Water Department <br /> <br /> <br />("SFWO"), the purchaser's service area within which water so <br /> <br /> <br />delivered is to be sold and other similar provisions unique <br /> <br /> <br />to the individual purchaser.
