<br />pt;B:rks <br />B:sh <br />DCB:sh <br /> <br />6/26/84 <br />7/3l/84R <br />10/2/84R <br /> <br />capacity allocation previously purchased by the County (O.50 <br /> <br />M.G.R.) and further said annexation shall be applied to Redwood <br /> <br />City's present sewer treatment capacity allocation; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Paragraph XI of the Agreement provides that <br /> <br />revisions, alternations and amendments to the Agreement may be <br /> <br />made by written agreement supplemental to the Agreement; <br /> <br />NOVJ, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The Council of the City of Redwood City hereby consents <br /> <br />to the annexation of the hereinafter described real property to <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo's Emerald Lake Hills Area Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance <br /> <br />District <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />consents <br /> <br />to <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />discharge <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />transmission of sewage wi thin said annexed territory into the <br /> <br />Redwood City sewer system subject to all those certain terms and <br /> <br />conditions <br /> <br />set <br /> <br />forth <br /> <br />in <br /> <br />that certain agreement entitled <br /> <br />"Agreement for Sewage Transmission, Treatment, Disposal of <br /> <br />Sani tary Sewerage By and Between the City of Redwood City, The <br /> <br />County of San Mateo, and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer <br /> <br />Maintenance District", dated August 22, 1983, by and between the <br /> <br />County of San Mateo and the City of Redwood City, and subject <br /> <br />further to the condition that the applicable sewer connection fee <br /> <br />be paid and, provided, further, that said annexation shall not <br /> <br />change or effect ln any way the present treatment capacity <br /> <br />allocation previously purchased by the County (0.50 M.G.R.) and <br /> <br />2 <br />
