The properties for which consent to annex and discharge <br /> <br />sewage into the Redwood City sewage system is given and for which <br /> <br />amends Exhibit "A" of that certain agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for Sewage Transmission, Treatment, Disposal of Sanitary Sewerage <br /> <br />By and Between the City of Redwood City, The County of San Mateo, <br /> <br />and the Emerald Lake Heights Sewer Maintenance District", dated <br /> <br />August 22, 1983, shall include all the real property situate in <br /> <br />the County of San Mateo, State of California, more particularly <br /> <br />described as follows: <br /> <br />THE WESTERLY 75 feet, front and rear <br />measurements of LOT 50 BLOCK 300 as shown on the <br />map entitled "HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE <br />SUBDIVISION THREE", which map was filed in the <br />office of the Recorder of the County of San <br />Mateo, State of California on November 15, 1926 <br />in Book 14 of Maps at Pages 47, 48, 49 and 50. <br /> <br />LOT 3 BLOCK 300 as shown on the map <br />entitled "HIGHLANDS OF EMERALD LAKE SUBDIVISION <br />THREE", which map was filed in the office of the <br />Recorder of the County of San Mateo, State of <br />California on November 15, 1926 in Book 14 of <br />Maps at Pages 47, 48, 49 and 50. <br /> <br />3. Pursuant to Paragraph XI of the above cited Agreement, <br /> <br />the City Council hereby approves and authorizes the City Manager <br /> <br />to execute that Supplemental Agreement entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />Sewage Transmission, Treatment, and Disposal of Sanitary Sewage <br /> <br />(Emerald Lake Hills Area) - Supplement No.1" form dated June <br /> <br />20, 1984. <br /> <br />3 <br />
