There was no public comment. <br /> <br />MIS Foust/Aguirre to close the public hearing. The motion passed by a <br />unanimous voice vote. <br /> <br />Recommendation: <br />MIS Foust/Ira to: <br />1. Approve a resolution designating the property located at 1816 Hopkins Avenue <br />as a Historic Landmark based on the finding that the subject property meets the <br />historic designation criteria, per section 40.6 of the Redwood City Historic <br />Preservation Ordinance as listed below: <br />. The property exemplifies or reflects special elements of the City's cultural, <br />aesthetic or architectural history; <br />. It is identified with persons or events significant in Local, State, or National <br />History; <br />. It embodies distinctive characteristics of a style, type, period, or method of <br />construction, or is a valuable example of the use of indigenous materials or <br />craftsmanship; and <br />.
