The Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />and the City of Redwood City hereby acknowledges and approves of <br /> <br />the assignment of all rights and duties of Lincoln Property <br /> <br />Company No. 388 to and assumption of those rights and duties by <br /> <br />Seaport Centre Venture, a California general partnership under <br /> <br />the Agreement, adopted pursuant to Resolution No. 9288 and <br /> <br />Resolution No. RD - 83-01. <br /> <br />3. The City Manager is hereby authorized to execute the <br /> <br />aforesaid amendment to Agreement and approval of assignment for <br /> <br />and on behalf of the City of Redwood City, and the Chairman of <br /> <br />the Redevelopment Agency is hereby authorized to execute said <br /> <br />amendment to Agreement and approval of assignment for and on <br /> <br />behalf of the Redevelopment Agency of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
