<br />DCB:sh 7/31/84 <br /> <br />OR\G\NAL <br />~?J \<j<ol\ <br />S.J\.. <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />9637 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF SEAPORT <br />CENTRE, UNIT 1 SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map of Seaport Centre, Unit 1 <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, <br /> <br />Kangas, and Foulk for Seaport Centre Venture, owner of record of <br /> <br />said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public <br /> <br />Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for this <br /> <br />subdivision, is approved, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled IIAgreement <br />for the Improvements of Seaport Centre, Unit 1 <br />Subdivision," wherein the owner or subdivider, in <br />consideration of the approval of said map by the <br />Ci ty, shall agree to construct and complete, in <br />the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of owner under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance by said owner or subdivider <br />of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br /> <br />9637 <br />
