<br />DCB:sh 7/31/84 <br /> <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be Eight Million <br />Two Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred <br />Twenty and 50/100 Dollars ($8,224,520.50), and <br />also a good and sufficient security in a form to <br />be approved by the City Attorney securing the <br />payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills <br />for labor and materials incurred in the <br />construction of any and all said improvement, and <br />the doing of all other work therein agreed to be <br />done by the said owner or subdivider, the amount <br />of said security to be Eight Million Two Hundred <br />Twenty Four Thousand Five Hundred Twenty and <br />50/100 Dollars ($8,224,520.50). <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled "Agreement for <br />Improvements of Seaport Centre, Unit 1 <br />Subdivision," on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Seaport Centre Unit I" and <br /> <br />those certain specifications entitled "Redwood City Standard <br /> <br />Specifications, August, 1974," which plans and specifications are <br /> <br />now on file in the office of the Director of Public Works, are <br /> <br />hereby approved and adopted as the plans and specifications <br /> <br />according to which the abovementioned improvements shall be done; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for the Improvements of Seaport Centre, Unit 1 Subdivision," a <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> <br />which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />2 <br />
