<br />DF.S:djg-c 7/19/84 <br /> <br />the abovementioned bankruptcy proceedings and all related matters <br /> <br /> <br />as they may appear pertaining to the investment of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City in a repurchase agreement for U. S. Treasury notes <br /> <br /> <br />due October 4, 1984; and further, authorization for and approval <br /> <br /> <br />of, such legal services heretofore performed by said firm are <br /> <br />hereby ratified. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The legal services to be furnished pursuant hereto shall <br /> <br />be furnished through, and in cooperation with, the office of the <br /> <br />Ci ty Attorney. <br /> <br />Said services shall be compensated at current <br /> <br />hourly billing rates, subject to review by, and approval of, the <br /> <br />City Attorney and Director of Finance. <br /> <br />3.
