Q. 1l21J..L- <br /> <br />OCT 1 5 1984 <br /> <br />O.D"r';;lilL <br />.~ ;.~l:n i~~' \: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING MONTHLY CHARGES FOR THE MAKING OF <br />SANITARY INSPECTIONS AND FOR THE COLLECTION AND REMOVAL OF <br />REFUSE IN THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Finance has advised this Council that <br /> <br />the charges for sanitary inspection and refuse collection services in <br /> <br />this City be amended to reflect the increase in costs incident in <br /> <br />providing such services; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council desires to increase the charges for <br /> <br />sanitary ~nspection and refuse collection services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS <br /> <br />FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. The schedule of charges for sanitary inspection and refuse <br /> <br />collection services shall be based upon the type and size of the <br /> <br />receptacle in which the refuse is deposited (except for mechanically <br /> <br />compacted refuse) and the frequency of service as follows: <br /> <br />(a) For weekly collection from receptacles not emptied by <br /> <br />mechanical means including semi-annual city-wide cleanup: <br /> <br />1.
