The rate of charge for each sanitary inspection relating <br /> <br />to, and collection from, bin-type containers usable with front-end <br /> <br />vehicular loader collection equipment containing refuse mechanically <br /> <br />compacted shall be twelve dollars and ninety-two cents ($12.92) per <br /> <br />cubic yard of refuse, or any fraction thereof. <br /> <br />3.
