The City Manager is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />enter into and execute on behalf of the City of Redwood City that <br /> <br />certain agreement entitled "Agreement" (form dated 10/8/85) by <br /> <br />and between the City of Redwood City and Le Count Construction <br /> <br />for the performance of said work in accordance with the <br /> <br />specifications for this project, a copy of which agreement is <br /> <br />presently on file in the office of the City Clerk to which <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for full particulars concerning the <br /> <br />terms and conditions thereof. <br /> <br />3. Any informality in the aforementioned bid of Le Count <br /> <br />Construction is hereby waived. <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk is hereby authorized and directed to <br /> <br />return to the successful bidder upon execution by it of a <br /> <br />contract for the performance of said work, <br /> <br />all security <br /> <br />guaranteeing execution of the contract upon award. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
