<br />DCB:sh 11/08/85 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />1. That all written protests, objections and other written <br /> <br /> <br />communications were publicly read at said hearing and all persons <br /> <br /> <br />desiring to be heard were fully heard, and that all protests in <br /> <br />relation to said reports are hereby overruled. <br /> <br /> <br />2. The Director of Public Works is directed to construct <br /> <br /> <br />the sidewalks along Veterans Boulevard more particularly <br /> <br />described in the notice entitled, "Notice To Construct <br /> <br /> <br />Sidewalks", dated October 24, 1985, attached hereto as Exhibit <br /> <br /> <br />"A", if the construction has not commenced and prosecuted to <br /> <br />completion with due diligence. <br /> <br /> <br />Upon completion of the construction the Director of <br /> <br />Public Works shall cause notice of the cost of the construction <br /> <br /> <br />to be given to the property owner and posted on the property, <br /> <br />which notice shall specify the day, hour, and place when the <br /> <br />Council will hear and pass upon a report by the Director of <br /> <br /> <br />Public Works of the costs of the construction, together with any <br /> <br /> <br />protests, if any, which may be raised by any property owner <br /> <br />liable to be assessed for the cost of such construction and any <br /> <br />other interested persons. <br /> <br /> <br />3. The City Clerk is instructed to send a copy of this <br /> <br /> <br />resolution to William Beeger and John Beeger, owners of property <br /> <br />at 1107 Chestnut Street (APN 053-211-070). <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
