<br />DCB:sh 11/21/85 <br /> <br />DEe 2 1985 <br /> <br />10082 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N O. <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF WOODSIDE <br />VILLA TOWN HOMES SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, <br />SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS <br />AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING <br />AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION <br />OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />1. That certain final map of Woodside Villa Town Homes <br /> <br />Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, <br /> <br />Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Bayside Developers, owners of <br /> <br />record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director <br /> <br />of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for <br /> <br />this subdivision, <br /> <br />is approved, <br /> <br />subject to the <br /> <br />following <br /> <br />conditions: <br /> <br />(a) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers of said <br />subdivision shall enter into and execute that <br />certain proposed subdivision agreement on file in <br />the office of the City Clerk, entitled "Agreement <br />for the Improvements of Woodside Villa Town Homes <br />Subdivision," wherein the owners or subdividers, <br />in consideration of the approval of said map by <br />the City, shall agree to construct and complete, <br />in the time specified in said agreement, all <br />improvements required of owners under the <br />provisions of Chapter 30 of the Code of the City <br />of Redwood City, being the subdivision regulations <br />of said City, and such other improvements <br />designated or mentioned in said agreement. <br /> <br />r <br /> <br />(b) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk a <br />good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the <br />faithful performance by said owners or subdividers <br />of all work and the construction of all <br />improvements designated or mentioned in said <br />agreement, and within the time therein specified, <br />the amount of said security to be Two Hundred <br /> <br />~0082 <br />
