RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF WOODSIDE VILLA TOWN HOMES SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; AND APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map of Woodside Villa Town Homes Subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for Bayside Developers, owners of record of said subdivision, heretofore determined by the Director of Public Works as being in conformity with the tentative map for

<br />DCB:sh 11/21/85 <br /> <br />Fifty Six Thousand Fifty-One and 00/100 Dollars <br />($256,051.00) and also a good and sufficient <br />security in a form to be approved by the City <br />Attorney securing the payment by said owners or <br />subdividers of all bills for labor and materials <br />incurred in the construction of any and all said <br />improvement, and the doing of all other work <br />therein agreed to be done by the said owners or <br />subdividers, the amount of said security to be Two <br />Hundred Fifty Six Thousand Fifty-One and 00/100 <br />Dollars ($256,051.00). <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owners or subdividers shall <br />furnish to the City and file with the City Clerk <br />certificates or policies of public liability and <br />property damage insurance as required by the <br />abovementioned agreement entitled II Agreement for <br />Improvements of Woodside Willa Town Homes <br />Subdivision, II on file in the office of the City <br />Clerk. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2. Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Woodside Villa Town Homes II and those certain specifications <br /> <br />entitled "Technical Specifications for Woodside Villa Town <br /> <br />Homes, II which plans and specifications are now on file in the <br /> <br />office of the Director of Public Works, are hereby approved and <br /> <br />adopted as the plans and specifications according to which the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be done; and <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owners or subdividers, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br />for the Improvements of Woodside Villa Town Homes Subdivision," a <br /> <br />copy of which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to <br /> <br />which reference is hereby made, is hereby approved, and the City <br /> <br />Manager is hereby authorized and directed to execute said <br /> <br />agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
