<br />73-08 <br /> <br />WMAM OA:rva 01/28/85 17c <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />9793 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />Ffa 4 1985 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER AND AUTHORIZING <br />EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR ENGINEERING SERVICES IN <br />CONNECTION WITH SEAPORT BOULEVARD ASSESSMENT DISTRICT <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City, <br /> <br />California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council proposes to undertake proceedings pursuant <br /> <br />to appropriate special assessment and assessment bond acts for the <br /> <br />acquisition, construction and financing of public improvements in said <br /> <br />City; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the public interest and general welfare will be served <br /> <br />by appointing and employing an engineer for the preparation and conduct <br /> <br />of said proceedings and work in connection with said acquisitions and <br /> <br />improvements: and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, BRIAN, KANGAS, FOULK & ASSOCIATES, Consulting Engineers, <br /> <br />is qualified to perform said work, and a form of agreement between the <br /> <br />City of Redwood City and said Brian, Kangas, Foulk & Associates for <br /> <br />engineering services necessary for said proceedings has been presented <br /> <br />to this Council: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, as follows: <br />1. That BRIAN, KANGAS, FOULK & ASSOCIATES, Consulting Engineers, <br /> <br />be, and it is hereby, appointed Engineer of Work and employed to do and <br /> <br />perform all engineering work necessary in and for said special <br /> <br />assessment proceedings in accordance with the terms and conditions of <br /> <br />said agreement. <br /> <br />Q f"t <br /> <br />n./ {}, <br />
