That the Mayor of said City, be, and he is hereby, authorized <br />and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of <br />Redwood City and the City Clerk of said City, be, and she is hereby, <br />authorized to attest said agreement and affix the corporate seal of the <br />City thereto. <br />3. That the Director of Public Works of said City is hereby <br />directed to examine and approve the engineering documents and to provide <br />inspection of the construction and acquisition of said improvements and <br />to accept said work when done to his satisfaction.
