<br />AMENDMENT TO GREEMENT <br /> <br />SELF-INSURANCE CLAIMS AD NISTRATION SERVICES <br /> <br /> <br />Amendment to Agreement, Se1f-Insur nce Claims Administration Services, <br /> <br />dated August 25, 1980, between the Cit of Redwood City (City) and George <br /> <br />Hills Company, Inc. (Contractor): <br /> <br />Pursuant to paragraph 6(a) of the bove-referenced agreement, paragraphs <br /> <br />6 and 7 of said agreement are hereby amen as follows: <br /> <br />6. TERMS: <br /> <br />(a) The term of this agreement is for a period <br /> <br />of twelve (12) months, beginnin April 1, 1985, and termina- <br /> <br />ting as of the close of on March 31, 1986. <br /> <br />(b) This agreement may <br /> <br /> <br />d on a yearly basis subject <br /> <br />to the same terms and condi tio s, except that paragraph 7 <br /> <br />(Consideration) herein may be e-negotiated by the parties <br /> <br />7. Stenographic and Offi e Overhead: 30% <br />of hourly rate (Minimum 22.50) <br />4. Telephone Expense: 9% 0 hourly rate <br />5. Photographic Expense: $ .00 per colored print <br />6.
