<br />(c) For the takeover and <br /> <br /> <br />of claims pending <br /> <br />as of the effective date of <br /> <br />his agreement, City agrees <br /> <br />to pay Contractor the sum of 70.00 per file plus actual <br /> <br />time and expense charges ordance with the provisions <br /> <br />of sub-paragraph 7(b). <br /> <br />(d) Contractor shall submit b lIs for its services on a <br /> <br />monthly basis, and City shall m ke payment within a reasona- <br /> <br />ble period of time not to excee thirty (30) days.
