A 11 the Notes have been offered for pub 1 i c <br />sale on June 24, 1985, in accordance with the Official Notice of Sale (the <br />"Notice"), attached hereto as Exhibit A and by reference incorporated herein, <br />and said Notice, in substantially the form presented to this meeting, is <br />hereby approyed. <br /> <br />Section 2. Publication of Notice of Intention. The Notice of <br />Intention, dated June 3, 1985, attached hereto as Exhibit B, is hereby <br />approved, and its publication in The Bond Buyer, in accordance with Section <br />53692 of the Government Code of the State of Cal ifornia, is hereby ratified <br />and approved. <br /> <br />Section 3. Official Statement.
