Madison <br />Jones Hall Hill & White <br />Four Embarcadero Center, #1950 <br />San Francisco, California 94111 <br /> <br />MAl LED BIDS: <br /> <br />Addressed to the City Council of the <br />City of Redwood City at the above <br />address. <br /> <br />NUMBER OF BIDS: <br /> <br />Bidders may submit more than one bid. <br /> <br />ISSUE: $4,600,000 designated "City of Redwood City 1985 Tax and Reyenue <br />Anticipation Notes," numbered 1 consecutively upward, in denominations of <br />$5,000, $10,000, $25,000 or $100,000 as specified by the successful bidder or <br />bidders, dated the date of their delivery. <br /> <br />MATURITY: The Notes will all mature on June 30, 1986. <br /> <br />INTEREST: The Notes will bear interest at a rate or rates to be fixed <br />upon the sale thereof but not to exceed that rate of interest equal to the <br />sum of: (n the average of the rates of interest per annum paid to the City <br />on investments of general municipal funds during the three (3) months next <br />preceding the proposed date of issuance of the notes; plus (in four (4) per <br />cent per annum, payable at maturity. Interest shall be computed on a 30-day <br />month/360-day year basis. <br />
