<br />it is hereby approved by this Council and shall be open to public <br />in spection. <br />5. NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Monday, the ____ day of <br />, 1985, at the hour of 7: 30 o'clock p.m. at the regular <br />meeting place of this Council, in the Chambers of the Board of <br />Supervisors, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 North Marshall Street, <br />Redwood City, California, be, and they are hereby, fixed as the time <br />and place when and where said Council will hear any and all protests in <br />relation to said benefit assessments and said budget and when and where <br />this Council will examine said report and hear all persons interested <br />therein. <br />Any interested owner objecting to the amount of the assessment <br />on any lot or parcel of property owned by him may file with the City <br />Clerk at or before the hour fixed for hearing a protest, in writing, <br />signed by him, describing the lot or parcel of property owned by him so <br />that it may be identified, and stating the grounds of his protest, and <br />may appear at said hearing and be heard with regard thereto. <br />6. The City Clerk of this City be, and is hereby authorized and <br />directed to give notice of said hearing by causing a copy of a "Notice <br />of Hearing" to be mailed, postage prepaid, to the owners of any lot or <br />parcel of property subject to a benefit assessment to pay said costs of <br />maintenance and operation, to be published once in the Redwood City <br />Almanac, a newspaper of general circulation in this City and to be <br />posted on or near the Council Chamber door or any bulletin board in or <br /> <br />16- 017 <br /> <br />-4- <br /> <br />06/05/85 <br />
