Light switches in <br />bedroom have cover plates made of <br />combustible material. Adaptors <br />were noted on several light <br />switches to provide additional <br />outlets. Several extension cords <br />were also noted. <br /> <br />No heat is provided for this unit. <br /> <br />Double cylinder locks were noted on <br />bedroom doors.
