The owner of the buildings at 203 Hemlock Avenue is <br /> <br />hereby directed to abate such public nuisance within thirty (30) <br /> <br /> <br />days from the date of this hearing by either (a) properly <br /> <br /> <br />reconstructing or repairing such buildings or (b) razing or remov- <br /> <br /> <br />lng such buildings. <br /> <br /> <br />4.
