OR1"!!'! ^L J "\ a b ~ d" RES 0 L UTI 0 N N o. 1 0 19 6 APR 2 8 1986 RESOLUTION APPROVING AND ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF CREEKSIDE MANOR SUBDIVISION, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA, SUBJECT TO CERTAIN CONDITIONS; APPROVING AND ADOPTING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR IMPROVEMENTS THEREOF; APPROVING AND AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF AGREEMENT FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF THE IMPROVEMENTS FOR SAID SUBDIVISION; AND ACCEPTING AN OFFER TO DEDICATE PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENTS AND EMERGENCY ACCESS EASEMENTS BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, AS FOLLOWS: 1. That certain final map (including the public service easements and emergency access easements contained therein) of Creekside Manor subdivision in the City of Redwood City, prepared by Carroll/Resources, Engineering and Management for Woodside

<br />DAS:sh <br />DES:sh <br /> <br />4/24/86 <br />4/28/86R <br /> <br />Hundred Twenty-one Thousand Seven Hundred and No/100 Dollars <br />($321,700.00); and shall also furnish to the City and file <br />with the City Clerk, a good and sufficient security in a <br />form to be approved by the City Attorney securing the <br />payment by said owner or subdivider of all bills for labor <br />and materials incurred in the construction of any and all <br />said improvements, and the doing of all other work therein <br />agreed to be done by the said owner or subdivider, the <br />amount of said security to be Three Hundred Twenty-one <br />Thousand Seven Hundred and No/lOa Dollars ($321,700.00). <br />Said owner or subdivider shall have their engineer prepare <br />complete "as built" plans prior to the release of the <br />"faithful performance" and "labor and material" bonds. <br /> <br />(c) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider of said subdivision <br />shall pay all charges for engineering, inspection, <br />laboratory and field testing, water supply, etc., within ten <br />(10) days after billing by the City Collector. <br /> <br />(d) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall for one (1) <br />year guarantee the workmanship and materials of all work and <br />construction of all improvements designated or mentioned in <br />said agreement; and furnish to the City and file with the <br />City Clerk a good and sufficient security in a form to be <br />approved by the City Attorney, securing the faithful <br />performance by said owner or subdivider of all maintenance <br />work, the amount of said security to be Thirty Two Thousand <br />One Hundred Seventy and No/lOa Dollars ($32,170.00), said <br />security to be effective for a period of one (1) year after <br />acceptance of the improvements by the City Council. <br /> <br />(e) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall deposit <br />Nineteen Thousand Seven Hundred Eighty-five and No/100 <br />Dollars ($19,785.00) for plan check and inspection fees. <br />Any part of the deposit not utilized by City for payment of <br />its services, shall be returned to the owner or subdivider. <br />The owner or subdivider understand and agree that the amount <br />of deposit is an estimate and agree to pay any additional <br />amount for plan check and inspection services provided by <br />the City. <br /> <br />(f) That, before the release of said final map by City <br />for recordation, the owner or subdivider shall furnish to <br />the City and file with the City Clerk, certificates or <br />policies of public liability and property damage insurance <br />as required by the said agreement. <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />2 <br />
