Those certain plans entitled "Improvement Plans for <br /> <br />Creekside Manor" and those certain specifications entitled <br /> <br /> <br />"Standard Specifications City of Redwood City, August, 1974", <br /> <br /> <br />which plans and specifications are now on file in the office of <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works are hereby approved and adopted as <br /> <br /> <br />the plans and specifications according to which the <br /> <br />abovementioned improvements shall be done; and <br /> <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and said owner or subdivider, entitled "Agreement <br /> <br /> <br />for the Improvement of Creekside Manor Subdivision", a copy of <br /> <br />which is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made, is hereby approved and the City Manager <br /> <br />is hereby authorized and directed to execute said agreement on <br /> <br />behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
