<br />- 11 - <br /> <br />THENCE; South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, parallel with the Northeasterly <br />line of Chestnut Street and 100.0 feet more or less distant therefrom, a <br />distance of 288.0 feet more or less to a point on the Northeasterly line of <br />Middlefield Road, 84.00 feet in width (formerly known as Phelps Street, 60.00 <br />feet in width). <br /> <br />THENCE; continuing South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, across Middlefield <br />Road, a distance of 84.00 feet to a point where the Southwesterly line of <br />Middlefield Road intersects the Northwesterly line of lands described in that <br />certain GRANT DEED recorded in the office of the Recorder of the County of <br />San Mateo on December 24, 1964, in Volume 4865 of Official Records at Page <br />311. <br /> <br />THENCE; Southeasterly, along the Southwesterly line of Middlefield Road, a <br />distance of 50.0 feet more or less to the most Easterly corner of said lands. <br /> <br />THENCE; Southwesterly, along the Southeasterly line of said lands, South 28 <br />Degrees, 20 Minutes West a distance of 88.0 feet more or less to a point on <br />the Northeasterly line of Lot 3, Block 52 as said lot and block are shown on <br />the said map entitled "MAP OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY". <br /> <br />THENCE; North 61 Degrees, 40 Minutes West, along the Northeasterly line of <br />said Lot 3, a distance of 50.0 feet more or less to the most Northerly corner <br />thereof. <br /> <br />THENCE; Southwesterly, along the Northwesterly line of Lots 3, 4, 5 and 6 in <br />Block 52, South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West a distance of 200.0 feet more or <br />less to a point on the Northeasterly line of Heller Street. <br /> <br />THENCE; across Heller Street Southwesterly, a distance of 60.00 feet to a <br />point where the Northwesterly line of Lot 1 in Block 53 intersects the South- <br />westerly line of Heller Street. <br /> <br />THENCE; South 61 Degrees, 40 Minutes East, along the Southwesterly line of <br />Heller Street, a distance of 100.0 feet more or less to a point where the <br />Southwesterly line of Heller Street intersects the Northwesterly line of Pine <br />Street. Said point of intersection being the most Easterly corner of Block <br />53 as said Block is shown on the said map enti Ued "MAP OF THE EASTERN <br />ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY". <br /> <br />THENCE; South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, along the Northwesterly line of <br />Pine Street, a distance of 300.0 feet more or less to the most Southerly <br />corner of said Block 53. <br /> <br />THENCE; Southwesterly, in a direct line, South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, <br />across the Southern Pacific Railroad Right-at-Way to the most Easterly corner <br />of Block 54. Said corner also being a point on the Northwesterly line of <br />Pine Street as said Block and Street are shown on the said map entitled "MAP <br />OF THE EASTERN ADDITION OF REDWOOD CITY". <br />
