<br />- 12 - <br /> <br />THENCE; South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, along the Northwesterly line of <br />Pine Street, a distance of 232.1 feet more or less to a point where the <br />Northwesterly line of Pine Street intersects the Northeasterly line of Shasta <br />Street (formerly known as Cooper Street). <br /> <br />THENCE; North 61 Degrees, 40 Minutes West, along the Northeasterly line of <br />Shasta Street, a distance of 100.0 teet more or less to a point where the <br />Northwesterly line of Lot 5 in Block 54 intersects the Northeasterly line of <br />Shasta Street. <br /> <br />THENCE; South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, across Shasta Street, a distance <br />of 60.00 teet to a point where the Northwesterly line of Lot 1 in Block 55 <br />intersects the Southwesterly line at Shasta Street. <br /> <br />THENCE; continuing South 28 Degrees, 20 Minutes West, along the Northwesterly <br />line at Lots 1, 2, 3 and 4 in Block 55, a distance of 150.0 teet more or less <br />to a point on the Northeasterly line of Main Street (formerly known as Mound <br />Street). <br /> <br />THENCE; North 26 Degrees West, along the Northeasterly line of Main Street, <br />to a point where the Easterly Extension of the Southerly line of the lands <br />described in that certain GRANT DEED recorded in the ottice at the Recorder <br />of the County of San Mateo on January 17, 1983, under Recorder's Serial No. <br />83004245 intersects the Northeasterly line of Main Street. <br /> <br />THENCE; Southwesterly and along the Easterly Extension of the Southerly line <br />of said lands, and across main Street, a distance of 66.00 feet. <br /> <br />THENCE; continuing Southwesterly, along the Southerly line at said lands, <br />South 64 Degrees West a distance of 125.0 feet more or less to the most <br />Southerly corner thereof. Said corner being also a point on the Easterly <br />line of the lands described in that certain CORPORATION GRANT DEED recorded <br />in the office of the Recorder of the County of San Mateo on September 13, <br />1974, in Volume 6697 of Otficial Records at Page 567. <br /> <br />THENCE; South 26 Degrees East along the Easterly line of said lands, a <br />distance of 15.0 feet more or less to the most Easterly corner thereof. Said <br />corner being also the most Northerly corner of the lands described in that <br />certain DEED TO REAL PROPERTY recorded in the office of the Recorder of the <br />County ot San Mateo on November 13, 1982, under Recorder's Serial No. <br />82101895. <br /> <br />THENCE; continuing South 26 Degrees East, along the Easterly line of said <br />lands, a distance of 82.8 feet more or less to the most Easterly corner <br />thereof. <br />
