<br />DES:sh 11/10/86 <br /> <br />2. Resolution No. 9814 entitled "Resolution of Necessity <br />with Respect to Exercise of the Power of Eminent Domain - (Water <br />Reservoir, GID 1-64)", adopted March 4, 1985 by this Council is <br />hereby amended by substituting Exhibit "A-l" hereof for Exhibit <br />"A" attached to said Resolution No. 9814. <br />3. Except as amended hereby and as supplemented by the <br />reci tals and paragraph 1, hereof, the provisions of Resolution <br />No. 9814 shall remain in full force and effect. <br />4. The City Attorney and/or his designee <br />authorized to file an amended complaint in the <br />eminent domain proceedings for the acquisition of the Present <br />Uplands in lieu of the property described in the original <br />complaint. <br />5.
