<br />DAS:sp 1/8/87 <br /> <br />(#18) <br /> <br />plans and specifications are now on file in the office of the <br /> <br />Ci ty Engineer are hereby approved and adopted as the plans and <br /> <br />specifications according to which the abovementioned improvements <br /> <br /> <br />shall be constructed subj ect to the following condition: said <br /> <br /> <br />plans and specifications are not complete for pedestrian bridge; <br /> <br /> <br />therefore, no building permits for any units in Boardwalk Unit <br /> <br />No. 2 subdivision shall be issued by City until plans and <br /> <br /> <br />specifications for pedestrial bridge are approved by the City <br /> <br />Engineer; and <br /> <br /> <br />3. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br /> <br />Redwood City and said Owners, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br /> <br />Improvement of Boardwalk Unit No.2 Subdivision", a copy of which <br /> <br /> <br />is on file in the office of the City Clerk and to which copy <br /> <br /> <br />reference is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is <br /> <br /> <br />hereby approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and <br /> <br />directed to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
