<br />DAS:sh 2/18/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />hereto, and by this reference incorporated herein, and the heirs, <br /> <br />assignees, distributees, guardians and legal representatives of <br /> <br />each person listed in Exhibit "B" whose property is to be <br /> <br /> <br />acquired by eminent domain shall be heard on the questions <br /> <br /> <br />whether: <br /> <br /> <br />(a) The public interest and necessity require the above <br /> <br /> <br />mentioned project; <br /> <br />(b) The project is planned or located in a manner that will <br /> <br /> <br />be most compatible with the greatest public good and the least <br /> <br /> <br />private injury; and <br /> <br /> <br />(c) The property sought to be acquired is necessary for the <br /> <br /> <br />project. <br /> <br />3.
