EXHIBIT "A" *** A PORTION OF THE REDWOOD EMBARCADERO CREEK *** DESCRIPTION All that certain real property situate in the City of Redwood City, County of San Mateo, State of California, described as follows: That portion of the Redwood Embarcadero Creek as shown on the map entitled IITOWN OF MEZESVILLP which map was filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on August 1, 1856 in Book 1 of Maps at page 79 which is bounded on the North by the Southerly line of Middlefield Road; on the South by the Northeast line of Pennsylvania Avenue; on the Southwest by the center line of said Redwood Embarcadero Creek and on the Northeast by the Southwesterly lines of Lots 42, 43, 44 and 45 of IIMAIN STREET LOTSII as shown on said above mentioned map and the Southwest line of Lot IIN' as shown on that certain map entitled 111090 MAIN STREEr' filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Mateo County, State of California, on April 22, 1982 in Volume 106 of Maps at pages 96, 97 and 98, and more particularly described as follows: BEGINNING at the point of intersection of the Southerly line of Middlefield Road with the Westerly line of Main Street.
