<br />n"ES:djk 3/13/87 <br /> <br />(#19) <br /> <br />Street, Redwood City, California, is hereby set as the date, time <br /> <br />and place at which each person whose property is to be acquired <br /> <br />by eminent domain and whose name and address appears in the last <br /> <br /> <br />equalized County Assessment Roll with respect to the property <br /> <br />described in Exhibit "A" of Exhibit "r" hereof, shall be heard on <br /> <br /> <br />the questions whether: <br /> <br />(a) The public <br /> <br />interest <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />necessity <br /> <br />require <br /> <br />the <br /> <br />abovementioned project; <br />(b) The project is planned or located in a manner that will <br />be most compatible with the greatest public good and <br />the least private injury; and <br />(c) The property sought to be acquired is necessary for the <br />project. <br />3.
