<br />00000-00 <br /> <br />JHHW:PJT:pab 0.." 10/87 <br /> <br />J3276 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 1 U q ti 4 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br />MAR 2 J 1987 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION PRELIMINARILY APPROVING REASSESSMENT REPORT, APPOINTING <br />TIME AND PLACE OF HEARING PROTESTS AND DIRECTING NOTICE THEREOF <br /> <br />CITY OF REDWOOD CITY <br /> <br />Seaport Centre Assessment District Improvement Bonds <br />(Reassessment and Refunding of 1987) <br /> <br />RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of Redwood City (the "City"), County of <br /> <br />San Mateo, California, that <br /> <br />WHEREAS, this Council has adopted a resolution entitled "A Resolution of Intention <br /> <br />to Levy Reassessments and to Issue Refunding Bonds Upon the Security Thereof, City of <br /> <br />Redwood City Seaport Centre Assessment District Improvement Bonds (Reassessment <br /> <br />and Refunding of 1987)", and therein directed the making and filing of a Reassessment <br /> <br />Report (the "Report") in writing in accordance with and pursuant to the Refunding Act of <br /> <br />1984 for 1915 Improvement Act Bonds, Division 11.5 of the California Streets and <br /> <br />Highways Code (the "Act"); <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Report was duly made and filed, and duly considered by this <br /> <br />Council and found to be sufficient in every particular, and the Report shall stand for all <br /> <br />subsequent proceedings under and pursuant to the aforesaid Resolution of Intention. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS FOUND, DETERMINED and ORDERED, as follows: <br /> <br />1. The Report is hereby preliminarily approved as a whole and each part thereof. <br /> <br />to wit: <br /> <br />(a) a schedule setting forth the unpaid principal and interest on the bonds to <br /> <br />be refunded (the "Prior Bonds") and the total amount thereof; <br /> <br />-1- <br /> <br />10464 <br />
