<br />(b) an estimate of the total principal amount of the reassessment and of the <br /> <br />refunding bonds and the maximum interest thereon, together with an estimate of <br /> <br />cost of the reassessment and of issuing the refunding bonds, including expenses <br /> <br />incidental thereto; <br /> <br />(c) the auditor's record kept pursuant to Section 8682 of the California <br /> <br />Streets and Highways Code showing the schedule of principal installments and <br /> <br />interest on all unpaid original assessments and the total amounts thereof, all as <br /> <br />shown on said record on file in the office of the Director of Finance of the City; <br /> <br />(d) the estimated amount of each reassessment, identified by reassessment <br /> <br />number corresponding to the reassessment number of the reassessment diagram, <br /> <br />together with a proposed auditor's record for the reassessment prepared in the <br /> <br />manner described in said Section 8682; and <br /> <br />(e) a reassessment diagram showing the assessment district and the <br /> <br />boundaries and dimensions of the subdivisions of land therein. <br /> <br />2. The Report shall stand as the Reassessment Report for the purpose of all <br /> <br />subsequent proceedings herein. <br /> <br />3. Monday, April 27 at 7:30 p.m., in the regular meeting place of this Council, San <br /> <br />Mateo County Board of Supervisors Chambers, Hall of Justice and Records, 401 Marshall <br /> <br />Street, Redwood City, California, be, and the same are hereby appointed and fixed as the <br /> <br />time and place when and where this Council will consider and finally determine whether <br /> <br />the public interest, convenience and necessity require said refunding and reassessment, <br /> <br />and when and where it will consider and finally act upon said Report. <br /> <br /> <br />4. The City Clerk shall cause notice of said hearing to be given by publication <br /> <br />twice in the Redwood City Alamanac a newspaper of general circulation published in the <br /> <br />City.
