<br />JUl 2 7 1987 <br /> <br />ORIGINAL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br /> <br />10561 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AMENDED REPORT <br />SEAPORT BOULEVARD LANDSCAPE MAINTENANCE DISTRICT <br /> <br />BE rr RESOLVED, by the City Council of the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City, California, as follows: <br /> <br />This City has taken a series of actions preliminary <br /> <br />to the formation of the Seaport Boulevard Landscape Main- <br /> <br />tenance District, to ordering that the alternative method <br /> <br />for the levy of benefit assessments be made applicable <br /> <br />thereto, and to approving, confirming and adopting the Engineer's <br /> <br />Report for the fiscal year 1987-1988, and now makes the <br /> <br />following findings and orders: <br /> <br />1. That the extent of said district be modified to <br /> <br />exclude therefrom certain properties proposed to be included <br /> <br />therein as ordered by this Council. <br /> <br />2. That the budget for the costs and expenses of <br /> <br />maintaining and operating within said District the local <br /> <br />public improvements more particularly described in said <br /> <br />proceedings be modified as ordered by this Council. <br /> <br />3. That the formula for the annual assessment levy <br /> <br />be modified to correct the typographical error as ordered <br /> <br />by this Council. <br /> <br />10561 <br />
