<br />4. That the amount of assessment to be levied for the <br /> <br /> <br />fiscal year 1987-1988 against each lot or parcel of property <br /> <br />in accordance with said modified budget and formula be <br /> <br /> <br />modified in accordance therewith as ordered by this Council. <br /> <br /> <br />5. That following the hearings thereon, at the <br /> <br /> <br />direction of this Council, the Engineer has filed an amended <br /> <br />report to reflect all of the changes ordered by this Council. <br /> <br /> <br />6. That this Council approves the amended engineer's <br /> <br /> <br />report incorporating all of said modifications as ordered <br /> <br /> <br />by this Council, including any and all exhibits incorporated <br /> <br /> <br />therein. <br /> <br /> <br />7. That this Council finds that said engineer, in the <br /> <br /> <br />amended report, has fairly and properly apportioned said <br /> <br /> <br />costs of maintaining and operating said local public <br /> <br />improvements for the fiscal year 1987-1988 to each lot or <br /> <br /> <br />parcel of property within said district in accordance with <br /> <br /> <br />said formula. <br /> <br /> <br />8.
