This Council hereby adopts that certain amended policy <br />entitled "Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Program - City of <br />Redwood City" (form date 10/12/87R), a copy of which policy is on <br />file in the office of the City Clerk, and to which copy reference <br />is hereby made for full particulars thereof. <br />2. This Council hereby adopts, for the Fiscal Year <br />1987-88, the following amended goal for participation by DBE's in <br />federally funded projects: <br />10% participation <br />3.
