The <br /> <br />non-access restriction hereby removed is described as follows: <br /> <br />Lot "A", one foot non-access strip, as shown on the <br />Hagan Tract Subdivision Map, recorded on February 4, <br />1976, in Volume 89, pages 23 and 24, Official Records <br />of San Mateo County, California. <br /> <br />3. Those certain plans entitled "Construction Drawings for <br /> <br />Plymouth Tract" and those certain specifications entitled "City <br /> <br />Standard Specifications", which plans and specifications are now <br /> <br />on file in the office of the City Engineer are hereby approved <br /> <br />and adopted as the plans and specifications according to which <br /> <br />the abovementioned improvements shall be constructed; and <br /> <br />4. That certain proposed agreement between the City of <br /> <br />Redwood City and said Owners, entitled "Agreement for the <br /> <br />Improvement of Plymouth Tract Subdivision", a copy of which is on <br /> <br />file in the office of the City Clerk and to which copy reference <br /> <br />is hereby made for the full particulars thereof, is hereby <br /> <br />approved and the City Manager is hereby authorized and directed <br /> <br />to execute said agreement on behalf of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />3 <br />
