<br />~MC:djk 03/l5/88 (#36) <br />~:djk 03/18/88R <br /> <br />3. FEE. Permittee shall pay to City, throughout the <br />duration of this permit, a fee of Six Hundred and No/I00 Dollars <br /> <br />($600.00) per month for use of the Subject Premises. The initial <br /> <br />monthly payment shall be made upon execution of the acceptance <br /> <br />hereof by Permittee. <br /> <br />4. <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENT COMPLIANCE. <br /> <br />All improvements necessitated <br /> <br />by grant herein given shall be constructed in conformance with <br /> <br />all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations <br /> <br />(specified reference is made to "City of Redwood City Standard <br /> <br />Specifications - dated August 1974") and said construction shall <br /> <br />be expressly subject to the approval of the City Engineer and the <br /> <br />Director of Parks, Recreation and Community Services, a site plan <br /> <br />with a legal description, and an improvement plan, specifying the <br /> <br />work to be done. <br /> <br />The improvement plan shall specify the following work to be <br /> <br />done: <br /> <br />(a) grading, paving; <br /> <br />(b) storm drainage system, complete; and <br /> <br />(c) landscaping <br /> <br />and all other work, improvements or appurtenances required and/or <br /> <br />deemed necessary by the City Engineer and the Director of Parks, <br /> <br />Recreation and Community Services. <br /> <br />5. <br /> <br />COST <br /> <br />OF <br /> <br />IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />The <br /> <br />construction <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />installation of said improvements shall be at the sole cost and <br /> <br />expense <br /> <br />of <br /> <br />Permittee <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />Permittee <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />maintain <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />improvements in a state of good repair and in a neat and <br /> <br />attractive condition, and free from debris, likewise at its own <br /> <br />2 <br />
