<br />SWC:djk 03/15/88 (#36) <br />':::djk 03/18/88R <br /> <br />cost and expense. <br /> <br />No construction material shall be stored at <br /> <br />the Subject Premises. <br /> <br />Permittee shall carefully <br /> <br />6. <br /> <br />MANNER OF CONSTRUCTION. <br /> <br />install said improvements in such manner as not to damage, <br /> <br />interfere with, or obstruct the use of City-owned real property <br /> <br />not included in this permit adjacent to and abutting the Subject <br /> <br />Premises. <br /> <br />If Permittee so damages, interferes with, or obstructs the <br /> <br />use of City-owned real property not included in this permit, <br /> <br />Permi ttee shall bear all costs and expense thereby incurred by <br /> <br />said City, agents, employees, contractors, or subcontractors, and <br /> <br />Permittee <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />reimburse <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />City, <br /> <br />agents, <br /> <br />employees, <br /> <br />contractors or subcontractors for such cost and expense of City <br /> <br />upon demand by City. <br /> <br />Permittee further acknowledges and agrees <br /> <br />that in the event of removal, damage, destruction or otherwise <br /> <br />altering of the condition of said improvements by third parties, <br /> <br />Permittee <br /> <br />shall <br /> <br />reconstruct, <br /> <br />reinstall, <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />repair <br /> <br />said <br /> <br />improvements at its own cost and expense upon request of City so <br /> <br />to do. <br /> <br />7. <br /> <br />BONDS AND ADMINISTRATIVE FEES. <br /> <br />Prior to commencement <br /> <br />of construction of the improvements described in paragraph 3, <br /> <br />Permi ttee shall file with the City Clerk two (2) bonds in the <br /> <br />amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000) each, for performance <br /> <br />and labor and materials, respectively, to insure removal of the <br /> <br />improvements and the restoration of the Subject Premises to its <br /> <br />original condition. <br /> <br />3 <br />
