<br />PMC:djk 03/15/88 (#36) <br />~ ~:djk 03/18/88R <br /> <br />In addition to the bonds hereinabove described, Permittee <br /> <br />shall, prior to commencement of said construction, deposit funds <br /> <br />with the City, in accordance with Resolution No. 8240, in an <br /> <br />amount sufficient to cover plan checking and inspection fees. <br /> <br />The posted bonds will not be released to Permittee until <br /> <br />final accounting, and compensation has been made for final <br /> <br />billing. <br /> <br />8. <br /> <br />RESTROOM FACILITIES. <br /> <br />Permittee shall provide restroom <br /> <br />facilities at the sales office. <br /> <br />9. <br /> <br />ARCHITECTURAL PERMIT. <br /> <br />Permi ttee shall be required to <br /> <br />obtain an Architectural Permit for the sales trailer, any desired <br /> <br />signs, and required landscaping prior to taking possession of the <br /> <br />Subject Premises; and this Permit shall not be effective until, <br /> <br />and unless, Permittee is granted an Architectural Permit, in <br /> <br />accordance with the provisions of the Redwood City Zoning <br /> <br />Ordinance. <br /> <br />10. <br /> <br />PERMITTEE'S OBLIGATION OF REMOVAL. <br /> <br />Permittee shall, <br /> <br />upon receipt of notice so to do, and within such time limit as <br /> <br />may be fixed by said notice, alter, remove, or relocate at the <br /> <br />expense of Permittee the said improvements or any portion thereof <br /> <br />to such extent as may be necessary, in City's opinion, to avoid <br /> <br />interference with any pipe, street, or utility facility or other <br /> <br />structure now or hereafter to be constructed by the City, or with <br /> <br />any operations of the City of Redwood City, or with any use by <br /> <br />the City of Redwood City of the Subject Premises. <br /> <br />11. <br /> <br />REMOVAL OF IMPROVEMENTS. <br /> <br />Permi ttee acknowledges and <br /> <br />agrees that upon revocation of this permit, upon thirty (30) days <br /> <br />4 <br />
