Boughner, Marketing Manager <br /> <br />Re: Redwood Shores 10K Foot Race <br /> <br />Dear Sirs: <br /> <br />This letter will serve as your permission to conduct the Foot Race <br />in the City of Redwood City, subject to and in accordance wij;h~ ~p~{_t~rms <br />and conditions herein. This permit is issued pursuant to ~~~9~OE~Qr No. <br />* made and entered * by the Council of the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />The permission herein is granted to TCl (hereinafter, for convenience, <br />called "Permittee"). This permit is subject to the following terms and <br />conditions: <br /> <br />1. 10K Foot Race. The Foot Race shall be sponsored and conducted <br />by Permittee. <br /> <br />2. Revocation. This permit may be revoked at any time without <br />cause by the City of Redwood City. <br /> <br />3. Nontransferability. This permit is nontransferable. <br /> <br />4. Location. <br />in Redwood Shores. <br /> <br />The activities herein permitted shall be conducted <br />Refer to Exhibit "A". <br /> <br />5. Dates, Time. The Foot Race shall be conducted on Sunday, <br />September 11, 1988, from 9am - 12 noon. <br /> <br />6. Course Control. Those portions of the Foot Race taking place <br />in the public rights-of-way shall occur in a manner and shall be limited <br />to that area designated by the Chief of Police. Should the Chief of <br />Police determine that the provision of police Officers is required for the <br />control of traffic in connection with said Foot Race, Permittee agrees to <br />reimburse City for costs associated therewith. <br />
