The permit so issued shall specify the exact time, place <br /> <br /> <br />and manner ln which the events therein permitted may be <br /> <br /> <br />conducted. The permit shall be in a form substantially similar <br /> <br />to that set forth in Exhibit "A", attached hereto and <br /> <br /> <br />incorporated herein by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />3. This Council does hereby find that the temporary closing <br /> <br />of those streets described in Exhibit "A", for the purpose of <br /> <br /> <br />facilitating the events hereby permitted is necessary for the <br /> <br /> <br />safety and protection of persons who are to use said streets <br /> <br /> <br />during said events. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
