DES:djk l2/08/88 (003/39) E x h i bit II A II REVOCABLE ENCROACHMENT PERMIT TWIN DOLPHIN DRIVE RIGHT-OF-WAY Pursuant to the provisions of Resolution No. of the Council of the City of Redwood City, adopted , 1988, permission is hereby granted to REDWOOD SHORES, INC. ("Permittee"), for the sole purpose of installing and maintaining a bronze sculpture in the form of a bird, generally conforming to the picture attached hereto as Exhibit "I" on a portion of the right-of-way of Twin Dolphin Drive in the City of Redwood City, shown on Exhibit "II" (and designated #2), attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein (the "Subject Premises") owned by the City of Redwood City ("City"). This permit is granted subject to the following terms and conditions: 1. PERMIT REVOCABLE. This permit does not constitute a deed, grant of easement, lease, conveyance or transfer of any property interest and is revocable without cause at any time at the will of the Council of the City of Redwood City, effective upon giving not less than thirty (30) days' prior notice of such revocation to Permittee at Redwood Shores, Inc., 3 Twin Dolphin Drive, Suite 200, Redwood City, CA 94065. 2. CITY RIGHTS. City reserves the right to have unlimited access to the Subject Premises or any part thereof for any municipal or public purpose. Such purposes shall include, but not be limited to, the performance of maintenance, reconstruction and repair of any and all landscaping or other public n94'~f \'. .
