<br />DES:d;~ 02/01/89 (025/24) <br /> <br />RES 0 L UTI 0 N <br /> <br />N Q. 1 0 979 <br /> <br />,,' Ii 1 <br />vnitiilihL <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING EXCHANGE OF PROPERTY INTERESTS AND <br />AUTHORIZING EXECUTION OF CONVEYANCING DOCUMENTS <br />PERTAINING THERETO <br /> <br />FEB 6 <br /> <br />1989 <br /> <br />(LANDS OF DOIDGE) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City of Redwood City has acquired certain <br /> <br />rights by user to operate, maintain and repair a water <br /> <br />transmission line within that certain parcel of real property <br /> <br />located in the County of San Mateo, more particularly described <br /> <br />in Exhibit II A" hereof and designated Parcel I therein, which <br /> <br />exhibit is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference; <br /> <br />and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City desires to construct and install a new <br /> <br />water transmission line in the vicinity of the aforesaid existing <br /> <br />line, which new line shall be located wi thin all that certain <br /> <br />real property described in Exhibit II A" hereof and designated <br /> <br />Parcel II therein; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City and the owner of the underlying fee <br /> <br />interest in Parcels I and II mutually desire to exchange property <br /> <br />interests in said Parcels to accommodate the relocation of said <br /> <br />water line; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the provisions of Redwood City Charter <br /> <br />Section 3~(h), the City Assessor has determined that the value of <br /> <br />the property to be received by the City (Parcel II) equals or <br /> <br />exceeds the value of the property to be disposed of (Parcel I); <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE; <br /> <br />10979 <br />
