<br />DES:d~~ 02/01/89 <br /> <br />(025/24) <br /> <br />OHIGii~Al <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF REDWOOD CITY, <br /> <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> <br />l. This Council hereby approves and authorizes acceptance <br /> <br /> <br />of a grant of easement (in form approved by the City Attorney) <br /> <br /> <br />for the construction, operation, maintenance, repair and <br /> <br />replacement of a water transmission line in Parcel II in exchange <br /> <br /> <br />for the relinquishmen~ by quitclaim deed, by the City of all its <br /> <br /> <br />right, title and interest in and to Parcel I. <br /> <br />2. The Mayor and City Clerk are hereby authorized to <br /> <br /> <br />execute, and to attest thereto, respectively, a quitclaim deed <br /> <br />(in form approved by the City Attorney) of all of the City's <br /> <br /> <br />right, title and interest in and to Parcel I, and the City Clerk <br /> <br />is hereby authorized to accept, for and on behalf of the City, a <br /> <br /> <br />conveyancing document (in form approved by the City Attorney) <br /> <br /> <br />granting the above-described easement interest in and to Parcel <br /> <br /> <br />II, and upon receipt thereof, to record said grant of easement. <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />2 <br />
